COMPLETED MY BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAM IN THE DEPT OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS IN THE HINDUSTAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING ( AFFILLIATED TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS)

SUMMARY:

I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree Program in the Electrical and Electronics Department, at the Hindustan College of Engineering (affiliated to University of Madras, India). I chose Electrical and Electronics as the major for my Under-Graduate course as I thought that this field could be the technology hub for the future. During my Under-Graduate curriculum my favorite subjects are Electrical and Electronic devices, Power Electronics, Digital Electronics, DC & AC Machines and their design, Renewable Energy Sources, High Voltage Engineering, Control Systems, Micro-processors (Elective), Micro-controllers (Elective) and Integrated circuits.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• I, with my colleague Narayanan Mukkai-Vishwanathan presented a paper on Fault Tree Analysis for real-time systems at a National Level Technical Symposium arranged by IRTT, Erode and won the 2^nd Prize although being a debutant.

• I was trained in-plant in a Thermal Power Plant, TCP Limited. I had been guided by Mr. Sam, Asst. In-charge of the Electrical Department, TCP Limited who helped me in gaining, a thorough knowledge of the control units and systems used in the power plant.

• Finished My Final year project at CEERI (Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute). My project is on “Dough Consistency Monitoring Using an 8031 Micro-Controller” and I am directly involved in the implementation of the project with my guide Mr. M.Natesan, Asst. Director, CEERI.
